The Bharatiya Janata Party has released the names of 58 candidates through its two lists for the upcoming Delhi Assembly elections. In the first list hey fielded former MP Ramesh Bidhuri from Kalkaji against Aam Aadmi Party candidate and Delhi CM Atishi is contesting. On the other hand AAP supremo Arvind Kejriwal will fight the race against BJP's Parvesh Verma from the New Delhi seat.bet88
The second list contained names like ex-AAP leader Kapil Mishra who has now identified with hardline Hindutva politics, from Karawal Nagar seat.
The BJP named 29 candidates in each of the two lists.
The 70-member Delhi Assembly will go into polls in 2025 but the Election Commission of India is yet to announce the dates. As per reports, the polls might be conducted in February this year.
